We accept most dental PPO insurance plans and are happy to process the claim and track it on your behalf. As a courtesy to you, our friendly staff will contact your carrier and verify your plan details, including benefits and covered procedures.

We will need a copy of your insurance card to contact your carrier directly for a benefits breakdown. Every policy is different, and the plan details are typically negotiated by your employer. Our insurance coordinators will work closely with your insurance carrier to help you maximize the coverage and benefits included in your unique plan.
